Home Dialysis Training Center

The FORTIS Home Dialysis Training Center provides structured training for Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD). This program prepares patients, caregivers, and clinical support staff through simulation-based learning, hands-on practice, and competency validation — all within clearly defined clinical and provider boundaries.
